Unlike standard J-Hooks, these Roller J-Hooks feature rotatable rollers that enable the user to move the barbell from side to side to find the ideal position without damaging the knurling on the bar. They’re manufactured from solid steel and nylon, with a maximum weight capacity of 400kg. Sold as a pair.
