The original king of home strength training, our multi gyms really have it all, no matter what programme you’re running. Chest day? Check. Back day? No problem. Leg day? We’ve got it covered. Our multi gyms even let you hit those extra accessory lifts to round of your training routine.

When designing these Body Power multi-gyms, our team made sure to include weight stacks that are heavy enough for all users. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to resistance training or have done this before, there’s enough weight here to help you progress. In most cases, adjusting the weight is as simple as moving the selector pin up or down the weight stack too.

You’ll find a variety of different hand positions for targeting specific muscle groups on these multi gyms, and any padding or materials on seat pads and leg rollers is always of the highest quality. Despite the number of exercises you can perform on these multi gyms, they can be quite compact, which is ideal for home gyms that are short on space. If you’ve got the room though, some of these multi gyms have attachments that can be fixed to the machine for even more versatility.
