Compatible with the Body Power TITAN MFT Pro Multi-Functional Trainer, this conjoining Knee Hold Down is the ideal addition for split squats, as an anchor for lat pulldown exercises and more. Made with a high-density foam inner and anti-slip, easy-clean outer surface. Front Safeties are required to use the Knee Hold Down (it attaches to these, not the uprights), so we’ve included a pair of Front Safeties and Sandwich J-Hooks in this kit!
