We’ve used a variety of materials for our plyo boxes. Our wooden plyo box is solid and sturdy, and is reinforced to offer no flex or movement. Or, if you want extra shin protection, we have soft plyo boxes that are made with high-density foam for a cushioned surface.

We get that using a plyo box for the first time can be daunting though. Our advice? Start small. Our plyo boxes are available in a range of different heights. Pick a starting height that’s comfortable for you to practice your stance, release and landing without fear of falling or failing.
