- U-Hooks and Safety Catches are compatible with 7ft Standard and Olympic barbells only
- Plate-loaded lat machine offers high and low pulley movements
- Strong, water-resistant cables that are adjustable to 5 lengths
- Weight Plate Sleeves allow for the use of both Olympic and Standard weight plates
- Perform dips with Parallel Bars that can be hung on the rear of the rack when not needed
- Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar offers a range of different pull-ups, chin-ups and other upper body exercises
- Integrated Landmine system with handle for T-bar rows, compatible with Olympic or Standard bars
- Resistance Band Pegs can be adjusted along the base of the rack to add extra intensity to your lifts
- Store your weight plates on the Weight Storage Horns, complete with sleeves that accommodate either Olympic or Standard weight plates
- Storage for both an Olympic barbell and a Standard barbell is integrated into the base of the frame
- Leg Hold Down Bar, complete with foam section for added comfort
