Home gyms don’t come much more inspiring than bodybuilder-turned-TV and social media star Livi Sheldon’s.

We teamed up with Livi to fit out her brand-new home gym with some top-of-the-range Body Power equipment. From a bare-bones garage to a fully loaded fitness hub, this gym has it all.

The centrepiece of Livi’s gym is the Body Power TITAN MFT Elite, which combines the rack and cable machine that she was after for the bulk of her strength sessions. She’s got a bench to go alongside the MFT, which is adjustable from flat to incline positions, a 7’ Olympic barbell (our blue Teflon Competition Bar to be exact, which she’s particularly fond of) and 150kg of Olympic Rubber Bumper Plates.

The MFT Elite comes with two 90kg weight stacks and a whole host of premium accessories as standard, but Livi’s setup includes a few extras like larger weight stacks (now 120kg either side) and the Lat Pulldown and Seat attachment.

Rounding out her home gym collection is a 2.5kg to 30kg Dumbbell Set, the AirMaster Pro Air Bike for all her cardio needs, a hip thrust bench plus all the flooring needed to cover the space.
