Excellent training variety comes courtesy of weight plates which can be mixed and matched to target different muscle groups and build on power. Made from cast iron, they are solid and reliable and feature a handy Tri-Grip design for super-fast weight changes.
Superbly finished in a Black Electrophoretic coating and featuring central knurling, the 30mm diameter bar offers more gripping surface during use. The bar weighs 20kg and has a 320kg rating, with internal dimensions (collar to collar) of 52”. The sleeves are treated in chrome, and feature 2 bearings plus 2 bronze bushings for smooth rotations.
This set is complete with a pair of spring collars to keep your weight places secure on the bar.
